Why both of my forms are disabled?

    Help! Both of my forms are disabled, I think for the similar issue. I have an application and inquiry form. I think what spurred it was when I was trying to create a login form that I've since deleted. Please help! This is an urgent matter!!

    Hello Kappapsitheta,

    Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

    Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. It seems you have already deleted the suspected form. I have gone ahead and activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
