Show headers and text not working?

    Hi I posted a question yesterday which was very kindly answered by John Benson explaining how to enable show hears and text - however although i have followed the instructions, the form automatically switches back to Auto hide empty fields.....although i am enabling show headers and text the form does not save these settings

    Hi Mike,

    The option "Show headers and text" is different from the "Auto Hide Empty Fields". 

    Upon checking your form titled "Is Your Business Being Seen?", I see "Auto Hide Empty Fields" is enabled while "Show headers and text" is not.

    The "Auto Hide Empty Fields" automatically hides empty input fields on the submission. Input fields are those fields that your users need to fill out like text boxes, radio buttons, textarea field, etc...

    The "Show Headers and Text" forces the static text, images, and headers on your form to display on the submission view (including in the PDF). This function is described properly on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.
