Hi Jot Form, I've read several entries that seem to deal with this, but I'm still unclear. We have a form that allows our customers to check in their pets online. As many users probably do, we need to print the email for the customer's record and if they only fill out the form for one pet, we don't need or want to have pages of empty form fields.
I thought that having the 'auto hide empty fields' would apply to the email, not just the view in the jotform interface...but to no avail. Is there any way to exclude empty field from the EMAIL notification?

Email notification templates cannot be changed dynamically.
A workaround could be to create several email templates and apply conditions to them.
However this might not feet into your case

We have a new feature in jotform. This is the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" from advance tab under Preferences. Have you tried these already? Please confirm if these works in your side.
Note: if the email alert has been edited, it becomes now 'dirty' if how we call it. Which means the said feature will not be work anymore, unless you recreate the email alert.
