My email not working???

    For some reason when i login, it see that my email is not working??? I don't understand. My email is Craig@getmeapproved.info.

    It has to work, because i live off of my emails for work and I get at least 200 a day for work. Someone please fix this. And to be perfectly honest, i haven't signed up for your paid service yet because of this exact reason.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I've checked your email address and found it in our bounce list, here's the reason for that: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP

    I already removed it from our bounce list so you should receive emails now, to avoid bouncing problems we recommend to follow  the steps on this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

    Another way to avoid emails being blocked and addresses being bounced is by whitelisting our IP addresses, this way your mail server does not block emails from JotForm: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    You could also use your own mail server info to send your emails and avoid bouncing issues, this guide will help you to set up an SMTP sender: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
