Submissions on Bronze account

Am I right in thinking that I get an allocation of 1000 submissions every month? So for example if I got 1000 submissions in April, in June I would then get another 1000 submissions. 

As I've upgraded and it still says I've had 96 submissions, but most of them were last month. Why do they still remain?

I have checked and your account is on Bronze plan. This month you received 97 submissions and limit for Bronze Plan is 1,000 submissions. 

Please note that submission counter is not reset at the moment you upgrade account it will be reset to zero at every first day of the month. On April 1st submission counter will be reset to zero.
