I'm creating a "Rate these items" survey in hopes to determine the most popular item in the group. I have 10 items. Users can rate each one on 4 levels using the grid setup. When I create a report using the visual chart maker thing, all that appears is how many times each rating was selected.
How to I make it so the report displays the most popular item? I saw an option for data range, but don't know or what to enter there.
Maybe I'm using the wrong method for this. Any survey pros out there with some suggestions?
Then everything in reporting went kablooey and I also couldn't reopen a saved report. Ugh, maybe I should just quit for the night.
Thanks for any help,

It is not possible to show the most popular item separately. One possible solution might be to limit the number results shown to "1". You can do that by clicking on settings icon near the chart and then changing "Entry Limit" to 5.
I think it is pretty obvious to see the most popular item looking at a chart that shows most popular results. So, I am not clear on your question.
If you would like us to look at a report for problems please include the report URL or form URL if you do not want to post the report URL in a public page.

Okay, I think I understand now. I have to add a chart for each item? My next question is can I create a multiple page report? I seem to only be able to create a one pager with several charts on it.
Here's the report URL. I want to include way more results on it.

You should simply create a new report and name it "Page 2". Since the reports are designed to be printable you can only create a single page at a time.

Ok, thanks for the help. Had a feeling that was the answer!
