I am not getting "download all uploads" emailed to me

When I click "download all uploads", I am not getting an email. I get all other emails from JotForm, just not the download all uploads.

Can you please check into this??

I checked our logs and did not see an email triggered for the download link.  Give it another try and let us know if it still does not send.  As far as I can tell, there are only a few submissions accross two forms.  You can download the data from your JotForm account instantly:

It would likely be much faster to download it directly due to the small number of submissions.
