Why is my account suspended?

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

Okay, David. It's impossible to open anything relative to JOTFORM. I only managed, after clearing my entire registry, to google and clear everything relative to JOTFORM. It may seem like a coincidence, but after I cleaned up all 123contactform, I was able to log in and send the form I created to my email. I do not know how to copy, or send to my site. Anyway thank you. Geraldo Darling

I do not know how to copy, or send to my site.

Do you mean to say that you want to know how embed the form on your web site?  If so, please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.
