I do not understand why our email is in the bounce list. The email is correct but none of the forms are going to it. Can you advise. Below is the message we are getting. Thanks Annie
The message says: We recently were not able to email you because your email address "email@example.com" is in our bounce list.

There are several reasons why your email address may have been added to the bounce list. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or JotForm is on your blacklist.
I have checked and email address you provided is in the bounce list. Our system gave following result:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for
I have now removed it from the bounce list.

Also you should contact your email provider and ask them to Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.
Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
