    We would like to know if your company accept check or Purchase Order.  We are non-profit organization.  Please let me know.  Thanks!!

    Yes, we accept payments with Purchase Order. But you must apply for the non-profit discount first. So please click on the link to submit the evidence of your nonprofit organization and allow us up to 24 hrs to approve your request.

    Kindly follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged into your Jotform account, and if you don't have one, please sign up for one: https://www.jotform.com/signup

    2. Then, fill out and send this form along with your organization information (site URL and PDF docs) which will prove to us you are a real nonprofit organization: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    We will then process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email like this: 


    IMPORTANT: When you get the "Congratulations" email with the approval, before clicking on the "Upgrade" button, please make sure you have opened a fresh login session at JotForm website with your account.
