I just upgraded yesterday to your bronze package

I just recieved an email this morining saying that my forms are disabled

Your forms are currently over limit for form views.  Each time a form is loaded, it counts as a view.  If the form is embedded to a webpage with a high amount of traffic, the form will be receiving a large amount of views. 

If you want unlimited form views limit, you can allow JotForm to display ad (Powered By JotForm) in the footer section of your forms. To do so, just check "JotForm Footer" on your settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings. You should see "unlimited used" in your account status after that under Form Views.
