I received email notices that we have used up all our views (over 1,000) for the month. can that be correct? we've only received about 10 inquiries.
perhaps we have the forms set up incorrectly? please advise.Page URL:

Free accounts are limited to 1,000 form views per month. I have checked and your forms were viewed 1,072 times this month. Because of that your account went overlimit and your forms are disabled. Each time your form is viewed/loaded it will be counted as one form view.
You can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.
However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your form view counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.
