I had submitted a request to obtain the educators' pricing earlier today, but I have not received the email with the approval/instructions to upgrade my account and receive the special rate. I have students submitting essays and I am afraid that because I have gone over the 100 free submissions the additional entries can be rejected. Thank you for your help!

The discount application is just approved. You may go ahead to upgrade the account at Educational discounted rate.

In the approved application email, click on the Upgrade button for the subscription plan you need.
This should upgrade your subscription with the discount rate.
