How can I include the Text Fields in my PDF submission?

How do I get a version of the form that has all of the the text + the fields filled out as a PDF when it is completed?

For my records, I want a full copy of the completed form and not just the data from the fields completed. How do I get this?

To include the Text Fields on your PDF Submission, head over to your SUBMISSIONS PAGE > click the GEAR icon > then tick SHOW HEADERS AND TEXT.
