Is it possible to allow users to start filling a form and finish on a later date?

I am working on a pet sitting site for someone.   An idea we tossed around was to create a form on the website that allows the pet sitter to input daily information about routine home visits or other service.  The sitter should be a "user" that logs into the form, and can add, edit information about the pet as necessary.   Next, the pet owner should be allowed to login with their own password but can only view the information on the form, but not edit it.

The pet sitter would be making multiple entries over several days, and could be weeks depending upon the length of time the owner is away.

Is there some kind of product that would allow me to insert something like this?

    Please let me me know.

    Thanks, Marty

PS, Im including the website below, but currently only use an Employee Application for on the site under the Employment link

If you need to allow your submitted to come back and edit the info then you could set up the save and continue later info, that will allow your users to start filling the form and then go back to the custom link and edit or add new info if needed. Take into account that the info is stored on our servers up to 90 days.

Here's the link where you will find more  info about how to implement the feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

Once your user is ready he could just submit the form, once the submission is done you could send them an email with the submitted info, this guide will help you to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
