    Thank You Page not working

    Also: the Thank You screen is not showing up after I submit the form. I tried using the JotForm plugin and just embedding the script. Please help.

    I was able to replicate the issue when I did a test submission. Here's a screenshot:

    Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

    Hi there. I tried the iFrame code and the Thank You message still did not show up.

    I have checked your affected form, Char, and I think I've discovered the cause. It seems that the Thank You message has not been successfully saved on your form, so the actual Thank You message is empty, and such empty message is shown successfully.

    To resolve the issue, simply open your form's Thank You page editor, and make any kind of change to the thank you page. You can even simply add some empty space, and then erase it - it will trigger a re-saving of the Thank You message, and it should be showing correctly after that.

    I was able to reproduce the issue when I test using only the form itself https://www.jotformpro.com/form/70825265260959


    It seems that the form was corrupted already and we could not find ways within the Form Builder to fix the issue on the form.

    I have forwarded this to our next level support so that they can take a look as well.

    We will notify you here once we have fixed the issue.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience. 

    Your default thank you page settings had been already arranged according to JotForm old version thank you page options and it could not reflect to version 4.0. I had to switch back to  fix it. When you submit your form, the thank you page will appears now.
