Trying to set up sender email - not working

    I want to remove the noreply email from JotForm and send confirmation order emails through another email address. When I set it up, it says the SMTP configuration is incorrect and reverts back to the default JotForm email.

    We followed the instructions directly on the site, still no luck.

    I would suggest you to check the SMTP settings with your mail server provider, you could also check the settings on this tool: https://www.wormly.com/test-smtp-server 

    If after checking your SMTP settings and verifying they work properly you cannot receive emails using your SMTP settings, please let us know.
