not receiving the autoresponder email.I have the autoresponder set up but it is not working.

    Can you please try changing the Sender Email of those autoresponders to ?

    You can actually change it to your email-adress later. But, if the problem happens again after that, my suggestion is to use "" as Sender email because it improves the delivery ratio of the emails.

    Let us know if you have any better success with that.
