not receiving the autoresponder email.I have the autoresponder set up but it is not working.

    Hi,

    Can you please try changing the Sender Email of those autoresponders to noreply@jotform.com ?

    You can actually change it to your email-adress later. But, if the problem happens again after that, my suggestion is to use "noreply@jotform.com" as Sender email because it improves the delivery ratio of the emails.

    Let us know if you have any better success with that.
