    Not receiving emails

    Hello! Thank you for helping.

    I had a person tell me that they submitted several of our forms yesterday and I did not recieve any of the notification emails. This is sudden as I always receive the emails and all of the conditions look correct. Please let me know what i need to do to recieve technical support.

    Hi Melissa;

    I have checked your mail logs and can see mails delivered to your address, there seems to be no issue from our end. (See the logs below)

    In a nutshell, these messages mean that the email alerts were sent to the address you specified without any problems at all.Please do check your Spam/Junk/Bulk Mail folders for the missing email messages

    Please can you try to whitelist jotmail server ips shown on this link; http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Lets know if this problem persists.
