Single Choice element shows as selected

Asked by EastEndSeaportMuseum on March 25, 2017 at 10:03 AM

Even though "Selected by Default" field is empty, a choice in my Single Choice element is showing up selected.

Could you help me figure out why? Thanks.

I checked the page you included on your post and found this form 70666002979160

There are 2 Single Choice fields (radio buttons) on that form and none of them show as preselected when I loaded your form. Here's how it looked like from my perspective:

In case we misunderstood your question, just get back to us with a bit more info and a clearer description of what you're trying to do so we can better assist you.

Telling us which exact field you're having issues with will also help, along with a screenshot of how you see it from your end.

Thanks for your response. It was showing up when I previewed the form as I built it & is cleared up -- all good!
