Single Choice element shows as selected

Even though "Selected by Default" field is empty, a choice in my Single Choice element is showing up selected.

Could you help me figure out why? Thanks.

There are 2 Single Choice fields (radio buttons) on that form and none of them show as preselected when I loaded your form. Here's how it looked like from my perspective:
