Something is wrong.  My client signed up for the form once and she keeps getting multiple emails (32 so far) saying thanks for registering.  When I go into my submissions it shows I have 32 submissions and all of them are her.  I have had to disable my form.  Please fix this asap so I can get it back up and running for other people to register.

I have checked the submissions being made on your form, and it looks like your user kept the submission page/thank you page open in their web browser. Any time they reload the thank you page, and creates another submission.

To have your form enabled and prevent such duplicated submissions from occurring, you may want to set up one of the available form submission limits:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

The first guide explains how to limit submissions to be made 1 submission per computer/browser/device, while the second guide explains how to limit submissions based on what the user has entered.

As an example for unique questions, you could set it up on the email field, and this would allow any email address to submit your form only once.

If you do not want to set up any form limits, another way to prevent your users from making multiple submissions by reloading the Thank You page is to simply redirect the users to an external web page where you would show them the thank you message - rather than using our built in thank you message:

Please let us know should you need further assistance after following any of the solutions offered above. Thank you.
