    Why I am not getting any mail?

    I have checked your email address and found it in our bounce list, this is the reason why you were not getting emails from your form submissions.

    Here's the reason about why it was added to our bounce list: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 552 5.2.0 wjFC1u01U31c6ex01 - wjFC1u01U31c6ex01jFCMp

    I've already removed it so you can receive emails now, please also follow this guide in order to prevent bouncing issues in the future: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues 

    Also, this happens when the recipient mail server rejects the email, it may be due to temporary issues or any missing info in the email (that should be fixed by following the guide provided above), you could also ask your email provider to whitelist our IP addresses, that will help to get addresses blocked due to any security filter: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
