    Hello,

Thank you for this wonder product! I have an excel spreadsheet with predefined "prices" depending on user selections. I have a form created https://form.jotform.us/70775876052162. But need the fields "Plan A" "Plan B" and "Plan C" to populate with my predefined prices.

For example if a user selects Male, age of 30, and single, then the field "Plan A" will display a the price define in a cell within excel?

Is it possible to call out excell values in Jotform depending on the users selection?

    Thank you so much.

Unfortunately the method you wanted the form to be prepopulated with values form Excel spreadsheet is not possible at this time.

For example if a user selects Male, age of 30, and single, then the field "Plan A" will display a the price define in a cell within excel?

If you want this process applied on your form, you can use Calculation instead. You will have to put the defined values first into the form so that it can used in calculation formula to generate new values.

You can check the example method on this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/414-Calculate-Values-in-the-Input-Table-Through-Condition

Here is a demo form https://form.jotform.com/70280891026959 you can test.
