    Hi,

We have parents completing this form, but we don't want anyone to have access to it unless they have a password like 1234 or something. Is this possible?

    Thank you,

    OSF

You can use conditional logic to protect your form. However please note that password fields are not allowed, so I would suggest you to use words like "Code", "key", "authorization" instead of "password".

First add your "Code" field at the top of your form. Then add Section Collapse field below "Code" field.

You can set Section Visibility of your Section Collapse to visible and Button Visibility to hidden.

After that you will have to set condition inside of your form to show Section Collapse field if "Code" field is equal to 1234.

Show or Hide Multiple Fields at Once Using the Form Collapse Tool
