Submissions: Two submissions are blank

    RE:  Femsport Entry Form - Kamloops

     

    There were two forms which do not show ANY information.  I know that these forms were completed properly by our client because we recieved payment.  Payment cannot be made unless the form is completely fill in.

    The completed forms were received in our email in-box, but when we went to the Jot Form site to print the submission they were blank.  We have concluded that the two blank submissions are from Julie Klassen and Amy Peltier.

    We have left them in our submissions area for you to look at.

    I have checked submission page of your form and I also saw that two submissions are blank.

    I have also checked email logs on your account and I saw that Notifications that were sent to you for those two submissions are not blank.

    I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    Unfortunately, as our developers said we are not able to retrieve the missing submissions back.

    However, you are able to import them by using our Import Data application after entering them into an excel sheet.

    Or, you can edit your submissions by replacing the information with the notification email that you've received.
