I added footer, but form views are still locked

Good evening,

Our recent non-profit event has completed, and with that, we had our website updated to reflect a simple splash page while the new site was built. We had a contact form added to this splash page, and did not anticipate the extra views this would cause.  I have since enabled the footer for unlimited views, but it is still showing as locked.  Due to the current timeline, I hope you may be able to help get this form visible again.

We are looking into an upgraded plan with the non-profit discount, but with our usual demands, it is uncommon to go over the free account limitations.
