I liked JotForm much. I wish you all the best.
But I think that you bite more than you can chew. I was your customer for years. And for years I was bothered with the same kind of problems.
Add to this various problems with browsers compability, forms being blocked by ISP's, adwords-like software or anti-phising systems. Of course - this was not entariely your fault that the JotForm was abused by spammers and thefts. But obviosly - you did not do enough to prevent it. Add to this famous takedown by the FBI - not your fault again - but nonetheless my buisness suffered. Trust of the customers it's the hardest currency in the internet buisness. And "Potentially insecure content blocked" (that'a about your forms) message doesn't help.
By daily routine I checked if forms of my website worked on various location and browsers. Everyday. A lot of wasted time and nerves. Of course - you did help. When I nagg you, you usually provided me with some kind of hotfix. But the problems stays.Untill next time when the problem emerges again. That's why from premium user I've become standard user. And the no user at all. I am JotForm-free now.
I see that you enriched JotForm with many extras. Like online payments and other stuff. I would say it flatly: I would not allow you to touch my payments. No way. First - make sure that simple contact form is working 100%. Every time. That the sumbissions or attachments doesn't end up in the "big black hole" from time to time. Then we may discuss more complicated features.
I don't write it to mock you. Overall I think that the jotform is a great idea. But from my experience it barely reliable. It can be done... better.
And I think that the people on this board has got a right to know it.

First of all , I want to thank you very much for being a loyal customer throught out these years .
I am sincerely sorry reading about all the inconveniences you have been going through.
However, let me explain you that the payment tools we currently have, are only widgets (actually API Interfaces) that allow customers to be redirected to payment gateways, so everytime somebody recieves a payment , it is handled directly into the payment gateway servers. In other words, you only recieve notifications of those transactions in your inbox through our servers, but money transaction is being handled directly by the payment gateway servers.
At any rate, we will take into considerations all your suggestions and points.

I am reffering to my posts in this thread that has been deleted without a trace. I am sure that you can find this missing posts somewherie in the "private" archive. If you don't know what I am talking about - just ask your your co-workers. I am sure that they know more than me.
There is a lot of ways of doing buisness. But severe censorsip of genuine feedback is something one would expect from a conman not from a legitimate service provider.
And thank you for your offer. But I don't need your help anymore. And I am happy with that.
