My account says it has been "AUTOSUSPENDED". Could you tell me why?

    Hello there, When I visit my forms, they say form not found. When I try to log into my account, it says AUTOSUSPENDED. Could someone elaborate on that for me?

    This is because you created a form that request login credentials and such practice violate our Terms. To reactivated, I had removed the field that request the password in the form.

    Well, I did NOT create a form that requests login credentials and I was also AutoSuspended--so what's up!?

     

    And, for the record, login credentials are a useful tool for a lot of legitimate site design purposes. Most reputable form-building app creators include that option.
