Does your forms work with Shopify?

So what I'm wanting to do is collect information before or after a Shopify confirmation payment, would your platform allow this? I currently use eWay as a merchant facility and saw your partnership from an email.

Yes, it is possible to embed a JotForm form to your Shopify page. Please refer to this user guide: Adding-a-form-to-Shopify-Store-Frontpage.
