Appointment Request Form - Dark and Responsive template: Changes in Advanced Designer page not saving

I use the sample template "Appointment Request Form - Dark and Responsive" to recreate it into my own format. The problem is that it is not saving the changes made in the Advanced Designer.

To test it I used the Advanced Designer on another form and it saved the changes no problem there, so i loaded a completely new "Appointment Request Form - Dark and Responsive" and made a simple color change in Advanced Designer and again the form does not save. The Save button keeps spinning like it is trying to save but it never stops. I came to conclusion that there is an issue with this form itself, because the other forms work fine in Advanced Designer. Can you please fix this issue?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. If I'm understanding you correctly, you have used the template, Appointment Request Form - Dark and Responsive, however, when you try to style it through the Advance Designer page it is not letting you save the changes you made.

May I suggest you try to clone the form below to your account? (It is the same as the template.)

Update:

I've spoken with my colleague that added the template and he already fixed the issue you described. You can re-use the template again (this would, however, mean that you will start over) or stick with the current form you are working and just remove the Page Break Transition Widget from the form.
