Can I create excel extracts with selection criteria?

    I have a form where the user can select one of 4 countries.  I would like to produce an excel sheet for each country and allow the country administrator to access just their own country and not see the other 3.  Is this possible?  If so can I email the excel sheet to the country administrator so they do not have to sign into Jotform each time?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to generate an excel sheet with the filtered data. When we export the data to Excel, it will automatically generate the complete submissions. You may need to separate the excel exported data and filter by country wise manually to send it to the users. 

    However, you may give a try using the visual report with the form submissions.

    The visual report allows selecting a filter so that the data on the report will be displayed as per the filter. Please take a look at the following guide that can help you with using Visual report filters.

    You may generate separate reports for each country to share with the users.
