Form is not scrolling to the top of the thank you page

Hello! Wish that when you click on the send button, automatically transferred to the beginning of the form (now the form page "thanks")
I just have a long form and pressing send, my page remains in the same place, and you need to scroll up to see the form of "thank you" 
That is what when you press the submit button, the page is raised up to form "thank you"

The form is supposed to automatically scroll to the top of the thank you page.
