I've heard from clients today that they've been unable to submit the form embedded on our site here:
When they hit "submit" its supposed to transfer to PayPal, but gets stuck, and continues to even after repeated attempts.

I was able to replicate the issue when I did a test submission in your webpage.
Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
