Incomplete field value error after submitting the form due required field validation issue

Hello - I have created the following form for donations for the Monmouth Symphony:

    https://form.jotform.us/70847438998175

I have submitted it several times and it does not list the donation amount.

So I made it required. And now I cannot submit the form at all, even when I select an amount.

I must be missing something simple. I am using your template. Can you take a look?

    Thank you!

    Kind regards,

    Janet Bennett

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to reproduced an issue on the form that could be preventing the data for the "Pledge Amount" field to be not included in the submission.

I could not submit the form due to incomplete value error that happens after submission.

To temporarily fix this glitch, what I suggest you try is remove the current "Pledge Amount" field on your form and add a new field to replace it.

Save the form and then test again if this modification fix it.

I have now forwarded this thread to the next level support so that they can check the issue and hopefully render a fix as soon as possible.

We will notify you here for any update on the status.

Thank you for your reply! I deleted the section for pledge amount and added
a new one for the same. And it worked! Appreciate the fast response. There
is still a glitch with the template so someone needs to look at it but your
    helpful advice did the trick.
