I tweeted about JotForm and it didn't recognize my bonus submissions

Hello - I liked and retweeted your tweet for JotForm but it didn't recognize my 25 bonus submissions per month.  My twitter handle is @MundyCarrie if you need to check.

I also tried to comment on Youtube and accidentally closed out the window before I was done.  I went back and commented on this video

Let me know if there is anything else I need to do to get the bonus submissions.
