I'm reaching my account limit of 10 payment submissions

    I run a small charity. We sponsor one event a year. We use one jotform a year with PayPal for registration, maybe a total of 40 forms. 19.00 a month will destroy the charity. What can I do considering we don't use jotform any other month but March and April.

    I checked your account (pixidust17) and you are currently in a Free Plan. Free Plan can only receive 10 payment submission for the forms. This 10 payment submission limit resets to 0 every first day of the month. To get rid of the limits of a Free Plan, you can choose to wait for the next month to reset or upgrade your account to paid plan.

    However, since you have mentioned that you are running a small charity, you can apply for the non-profit discount offered by JotForm. You can apply here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/. With this, you can save 50% for any Paid Plans.

    I appreciate you getting back tho me promptly, however, I can't stop
    signups for 5 days. This is a charity event people will lose interest our
    forget to sign up.
    As for the 1/2 off, that is very generous, but again, the charity had tho
    pay for all 12 months when we only use 2.
    Is there some other creative way we can work on this.

    As my colleague mentioned that you need to upgrade your account. If you don't want to lose 5 days,  you can upgrade your form immediately from your My Account > Billing page.


    Please look at the following image to see the proper plans for you. 


    The most appropriate alternative is Bronze monthly plan for you. After you finish your job, you can downgrade your account and request a refund for the unused days. Basically, you can upgrade and downgrade your account whenever you need.

    You people don't get it. This foundation is run by three people. Not
    millionaires. We take nothing. Everything we raise goes to our cause.
    Curing cancer and helping families. We run an event each year, through
    sponsorships and our own private money. Jotform is how we get the community
    to register and pay. For me to pay 19.00 a month or even 10.00 a month for
    something I use for 8 weeks out of 52 weeks is something I can't afford. I
    run the foundation pout of my own pocket. An extra 240.00 or 120.00 a year
    for something I use 1/6 off the year is crazy. Sand you are telling me. I
    will lose anyone who wants tho sign up between now and the 1st, and then
    again after I reach the 1st 10 in April.

    Hi Tricia,

    First of all please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

    I see that you have upgraded your account, but please note that you do not have to pay $19 for every single month, because our upgrade plan takes the form of monthly subscriptions, which means you can upgrade for the duration of 8 weeks that you mentioned, and then downgrade as soon as you no longer need to receive payments.

    The suggestion above, coupled with our 50% discount for nonprofit organizations, would allow you to pay significantly less. In fact, for your 8 weeks use, it would amount to something close to $19 per year as you would be upgrading for two months per year, and pay $9.5 for each of those months thanks to the nonprofit discount.
