    If I upgrade my account today, will I be re-billed on the first of the month or will I be ok until the 28th?

    I would like to upgrade my account to the $50 plan, but it would not make since for me to do so if I will have to make another $50 payment in 3 days. How do you handle this?

    You will be billed on same date the next month. That is 30 days after you purchased the subscription.

    Take for example: If you upgrade today (June 28th) then the renewal would be on July 28th.

    Hope that clear things up.

    But for automatic account reset of accumulated form submissions occurs on 1st of every month. I hope this information ois helpful to you.
