How do i access a form that was created under a guest account?

The form i created is: https://form.jotform.com/70648294826164

I need to gain access to it so that I can look at payment options for services.

The form https://form.jotform.com/70648294826164 is under guest account, which mean you created the form without login to you account.

I would suggest you  to import your form onto your new account and then re-embed the form in your site. Click here to learn how to import a form.

I had over 100 submissions on that form. is there any way I can get access to those or are they lost for good?
