can only upload following files ERROR

Hello, 

I'm faced with the current error "can only upload following files" when using the file upload widget. No matter the file size or file type I see this error.  

I've read through some old JotForm support postings and havent really found any answers that fix my issue, but I have tried the following. 

1) changed the acceptable file extensions to "*" so it will accept all types. 

2) Cloned the form and tried to submit.

3) Deleted the file upload box, and added a new one. 

I've also double and triple checked file sizes. 

Also the form submits like normal as long as I do not try to upload a file.

BTW I had to delete the file upload on this form because too many people were using the form and reporting an issue.

According to your provided page url it looks like you're trying to use our service with a custom hosted web app and there is probably something interfering with the app and the upload field.

It'll be a bit difficult to troubleshoot this since it looks like you removed the upload field from the form as you stated above in your last reply.

I tried to look up the form id and username you have thereafter but am not finding it on my end.

Can you please tell us what your jotform account username and the form's url are so that we can help to investigate further?

Additionally, if you were using the script with the web app you might want to give the iframe method a try to see if that helps. 

The username is ArtSciForms. 

If this helps I cloned that form and added back in the file upload. The error is there.

I am not finding anything related to your form or username in our system.

Were you using this through a self-hosted setup that was provided by interlogy.com?

I believe this may be related to the reason that I cannot find you or your form on my side.

Additionally, the site has since been taken down.
