Need security questions answered

I've emailed support twice starting on March 2 and I still haven't received a response. I work for the IT department of a paying customer of your product and I need some security questions answers or we will have to cancel our service. Please respond to one of my requests.

What's the email address that you use to send us an email or support thread? I cannot seem to find a thread related to your current email.

If you may, send us the questions through this thread. We'll be glad to give you the details.

    Hello,

I originally asked for help on the thread (on Feb 16) and I was told to submit my request to support@jotform.com instead. I've emailed this address twice and have not received a response.

The two forms that need to be completed are ISSP 017 and ISSP-017b. I completed the portions that I could answer and emailed them to the address given to me. The links I provided here do not have my portion of the forms completed since I don't see a way to attach the forms I modified through this webform.

    Thanks, Gevan

I searched our support email, I can't find your email there. I searched for it using gpeacock@usfsp.edu, the terms ISSP and your name, nothing's there. Perhaps you're using a different email to send the files? Or, the email is not sent, can you check your outbox folder?

    Hello,

I just sent another email to support@jotform.com with the subject: ISSP forms for USFSP. I sent it from my gpeacock@usfsp.edu email account. This is actually an alias so if your email server may see it as gpeacock@mail.usf.edu (unlikely but wanted to include that information).

I can see from my email client that the previous emails I sent were sent and I received no bounce back error messages saying they weren't delivered. So I can only assume they made it to your email server.

Please check to see if you can find the email I sent today. The attachments are about 71KBs total.

    Thanks,

    Gevan

I'm sorry, but still nothing from both gpeacock@usfsp.edu and gpeacock@mail.usf.edu. I checked everything, nothing:

Do you have any other email accounts? Gmail perhaps? Just to send the file(s).

    Welvin,

The university email is Gmail, but I just sent the forms from my personal Gmail account. I sent two emails - ISSP USFSP 1 and ISSP USFSP 2 each with one form attached. My personal gmail address is gevanpeacock@gmail.com. Hopefully one or both of these emails make it to you.

    Thanks, Gevan

We confirm that the emails have been received with attachments and they look like a questionnaire. It looks like most of the information can only be filled by our backend team. Could you provide us with the link to the earlier thread opened on Feb 16th so that we can understand your requirement correctly and see what best we can do in this regard?

    Thanks!

Our IT Security teams requires these forms to be completed prior to purchasing software. Somehow the purchase of your service was made without going through our technology purchasing process. In order for IT to approve the use of your product I need the questionnaire's completed for their review. If these forms cannot be completed, we will have to cancel the service.

    Thanks,
    Gevan

I've forwarded this thread to our team manager. She should be able to handle the questionnaire and let you know if we can provide you the require information.
