    Hello Dante,

I just cloned your form and tested the discounts. They seem to work fine. Do you have a sample discount which isn't reflecting or running its supposed calculation which we can look into? It would be great as well if you can try clearing your browser's cache and try running the form again to see if it's a cache issue.

Please do keep us posted on this matter.

    Thanks and warm regards.

    Hello dotransferme,

I'm not sure if I'm understanding the workflow correctly, but what can be a problem here is that you are picking your source to calculate your discount on the same field where it should print the total with the discount. As how it happens, it's looping itself thus confusing the the form calculation process.

What you need to do is create a separate field as your gross total or sub total field, and pick the value for discount calculation from this field. Then let your Total price in USD field be your net total and this should not be your source to pick up values for your form calculation for your discount.

If you need clarification or assistance over this, please let us know.

Please describe to us the formula/calculation needed for the discount.

When I test your form, I can see that the discount code off95 do take effect on the Total amount. But it is just that the calculation is wrong. I suspect it was to wrong formula only.

We can help you apply the calculation into the form if you can provide us more details on the exact calculation formula for the discount code.
