1. Is there a dashboard for submitters to view and pull up submittals? Know the administrator of the account can view this information on the backend. But is the also available to submitters without giving them access to the Jotform account, thanks.
2. Can original submissions be revised and resubmitted?

Hello,
Thank you for posting your inquiry.
You can either create an HTML or Grid report of your submissions in order to allow your submitters/form users to view the list. But this does not provide an edit link in order for them to modify the information they have submitted. This requires however that you should provide them the link to the report. Perhaps you can add the link to an email autoresponder. Here is a guide that tells more information about Grid Listing reports: https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report
Another thing you can do is set your submissions page public, which you can set a required password for viewing access. But this does not allow the users to be able to edit submissions.
If you wish for your submitters to be able to edit their submissions, you can set on the email alert the edit link. This will give them a direct link to the form submission which they can modify the information they have submitted. Please check out this guide for more information on how to make it happen: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
