When I try to downgrade, the message tells me I'm about to cancel my account. Does this mean that my account will disappear? I just want to downgrade to the free subscription and keep my data.

You may cancel the subscription at any time. Please note that the account will be downgraded to Free at the end of the subscription period. If the total submission count in the account is more than 500 submissions, the oldest submissions will be deleted due to the limit of submission storage.
Once the account is downgraded to Free, you'll be able to manage your forms and submissions, receive submissions normally.
