Can I put the replies in to a spread sheet and be able to sort the answers?

If you're using Excel, you can download your Submission Data and export it as a CSV or XLS file.

And if you're using Google Spreadsheet, you may integrate your form with it.

Alternatively, you can sort the answers right on the Submissions Page. Just click the column header to sort them in an ascending or descending manner.
