Georgraphic location does not show all countries

    Hi,

    We love the information that you provide on the the location of the survey users but this time I am seeing something new - about half of the inputs are qualified as coming from 'other countries'. The screenshot is attached. Please advice on how can we see the origins of those views. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, you will not be able to determine the exact location if the information is under the "Others" category.

    This is happening if the geolocation cannot be determined via IP address.It is possible that the user is using mobile device or a browser that hides the IP address. 

    Please take note that this is also happening in Google Analytics.
