    Dear Sir/Madam,

After clicking on submission it shows that my forms are disabled. I don't understand why, I have enabled it in the settings?

I'm doing a website which I will want to present very soon. I will also recommend jotform as it is a fantastic tool. Could you please advise what should I do?

    Kinds Regards,

    Patryk

We apologize for the inconvenience,  your account along with your form was suspended automatically by our Phishing detector system, due to a suspected phishing activity.

That means your form  contains a password field and this goes against our Terms of Use Policy

I think the best way to avoid this issue in the future, would be to create the password form and then download the full source code and embedd it into your website, this way, your form would be hosted in your server , and it would not be suspended again .

We have to use this kind of system in order to protect our servers of being banned by the Internet Authorities. So this is a compliance with international Policies.

If you need further assistance , let us know

    Best regards

    Jeanette
