Unable to log in due to "account disabled" message

    I think my inability to log into jotforms is due to your phishing detector. However, I'm not clear what the violation is. Can you please specify what is not allowed so we can ensure our forms adheres to the protocol? And can you reenable my account so I can make any needed changes?

    Yes, indeed, your form was suspended by the phishing detector system.

    Login credentials are banned. Customers are not allowed to collect such information.


    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will violate our Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.

    Please refrain from making such forms as our phishing detection system will auto-suspend the account.
