You may try setting up a destination goal URL in Google Analytics.

Then, configure the form to redirect user to the specific Thank You Page URL upon submission.

Also, we have a Google Analytics widget for forms.

Do you have a widget for Yandex search engine to define goals to forms?

I've found Yandex Metrica, but it's not what I need. I have already use Metrica for my website tracking.

I need a JavaScript event for submit button to make my own goal in Metrica manually.
And I don't want to make separate "thank you" webpage. Give me an advice.
