How so I get more quota

my jotform has stopped and I am in the middle of a competition and rather concerned how do I get more please and quickly

What is your username? I cannot seem to find it using your current email address. If you don't know your username, let us know your form so we can trace it. 

The form over quota message means that you've reached your account limits. It's either the form views, the monthly submissions or file storage.
